These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Document Logic (referred to as “Us,” “We,” or “Our”) and you, the “Customer,” regarding the purchase of goods from our website.

  1. PURCHASE OF GOODS

1.1 We only conduct transactions within our specified Territory and will not engage in transactions outside of it.

1.2 The display of products on our website is not an offer for sale or an invitation to trade.

1.3 By placing a purchase order, whether electronically on the website or otherwise, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to incorporate these terms and conditions.

1.4 When the Customer places an order, either through the website’s purchase process or by other means, it constitutes an invitation for Us to trade.

1.5 Upon delivering the goods to the premises specified in the Customer’s purchase order, We offer to supply the goods. This offer is subject to these terms and conditions. Acceptance of the goods by the Customer implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.6 Goods are sold based on availability, and certain specific goods may have geographical restrictions. We reserve the right to modify the goods’ specifications without prior notice, as long as it does not significantly alter their performance or increase their cost.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

2.1 Payment must be made in UK pounds sterling only.

  1. DELIVERY

3.1 Delivery dates provided are approximate. Delivery is considered to have taken place on the date of the initial delivery attempt to the customer’s premises or the specified delivery location.

3.2 All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over during delivery. If no adult is present at the delivery address, the goods may be retained by the driver.

3.3 Delivery is made to the threshold of the Customer’s premises, which will be considered Goods Inwards. In the absence of Goods Inwards, delivery will be made to the main reception of the Customer at the specified address.

  1. CLAIMS AND RETURNS

4.1 The Customer must notify us in writing within 2 weekdays of any discrepancies between the delivered goods and those noted on the enclosed delivery note, or of any damaged goods.

4.2 Returns require prior written consent from us. If the Customer wishes to return goods ordered in error, they must notify us within 2 weekdays of delivery.

4.3 Invoice queries must be raised in writing within 5 days from the date of the invoice.

4.4 Claims can be made either through the website or in writing.

4.5 All written notices should be sent to Document Logic.

  1. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY

5.1 Goods sold by us are guaranteed to be free of defects in material or workmanship upon delivery. This guarantee applies for the specified period indicated at the point of ordering, provided the goods are used appropriately.

5.2 We assume no liability for defects in goods resulting from Customer designs or requirements, or arising from wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, or misuse.

5.3 Information on the website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Product specifications, including price and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information accessible via the website. The website may experience occasional unavailability. Nothing on the website should be construed as a condition, warranty, or representation.

5.4 Unless stated otherwise in these terms, our entire liability concerning a specific good that has passed into the ownership of the Customer, and the Customer’s remedies, will be limited to either a credit note for the amount paid by the Customer for the goods, according to our returns policy, or the replacement or repair of the goods by us, at our discretion.

5.5 These terms do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation. However, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, all conditions, warranties, terms, and undertakings, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5.6 We shall not be liable to the Customer for any indirect or consequential loss.

5.7 A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement. This clause does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.

5.8 If any term or provision in this agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable under any enactment or rule of law, either wholly or partially, it shall not be considered part of this agreement to the extent of its illegality or unenforceability. The remainder of this agreement shall remain enforceable and unaffected.
